Argon Voyages carefully plans and coordinates travel arrangements in advance, including accommodations, transportation, activities, guides, cruises, flights and other services provided by third-party travel suppliers. Many of these arrangements require deposits or advance payments that become non-refundable as the departure date approaches.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, credits and supplier-specific policies are handled for bookings made through Argon Travel Planner LLC, doing business as Argon Voyages.

Cruise Cancellations & Refunds
Cruise reservations booked through Argon Voyages are subject to the cancellation, change and refund policies established by the applicable cruise line.
Cruise lines generally use cancellation schedules based on the number of days remaining before departure. As the sailing date approaches, cancellation penalties typically increase and may eventually reach 100% of the cruise fare and other non-refundable amounts.
Certain cruise fares, deposits, promotions, packages and optional services may be non-refundable from the time of purchase
These may include restricted or promotional fares, airfare arranged through the cruise line, pre- or post-cruise accommodations, transfers, excursions, beverage packages, specialty dining and other add-ons.
If a traveler cancels a cruise booked through Argon Voyages, any refund, future cruise credit or cancellation penalty will be determined by the cruise line's terms applicable to the specific reservation and fare type.
Argon Voyages does not control or override a cruise line's cancellation or refund policies.
If a cruise line cancels or significantly modifies a sailing, the cruise line will determine the available remedies, which may include a refund, future cruise credit, rebooking option or other accommodation.
Argon Voyages will assist travelers in understanding and navigating the options made available by the cruise line.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all cruises booked through Argon Voyages.
Independently Booked Cruise Expenses
Travelers are responsible for independently booked expenses associated with their cruise, including flights, hotels, transportation and other arrangements, unless the applicable supplier provides otherwise.
Argon Voyages cannot guarantee reimbursement for expenses that are not covered by the cruise line or another applicable supplier.
Flight Cancellations & Refunds
Airline tickets booked through Argon Voyages are subject exclusively to the fare rules, cancellation policies and refund conditions established by the applicable airline.
Refunds are not standard across the airline industry. Whether a ticket can be refunded, changed or converted to an airline credit depends on the airline, route, fare class and fare conditions selected at the time of booking.
Many discounted, promotional, restricted and basic economy fares may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable after purchase.
Other fare types may permit changes, airline credits or refunds, potentially subject to penalties or fare differences.
Argon Voyages does not determine whether an airline ticket is refundable and cannot override an airline's fare rules or policies.
If a traveler voluntarily cancels a flight, any refund, airline credit, change fee or loss of ticket value will be determined solely by the applicable airline and the fare type purchased.
If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, any refund, rebooking, airline credit or other remedy will similarly be governed by the airline's policies and applicable passenger-protection laws.
When flights are booked through Argon Voyages, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist the traveler in understanding the airline's available options and requesting any applicable refund, credit or change.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for flights and all other travel booked through Argon Voyages.
Other Travel Booked Through Argon Voyages
Hotels, vacation packages, tours, transfers, activities and other travel arrangements booked through Argon Voyages are generally subject to the individual cancellation, change and refund policies of the applicable supplier.
Argon Voyages does not control supplier cancellation policies and cannot guarantee that a supplier will issue a refund or credit.
Any professional planning, consultation, booking or service fee charged separately by Argon Voyages and identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase will remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for any travel booked through Argon Voyages.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, processing times may depend on the applicable supplier, payment processor, financial institution and original method of payment.
Argon Voyages cannot guarantee how quickly a bank, credit card issuer, cruise line, airline or other third party will post an approved refund after it has been processed.
Where applicable, refunds will generally be returned using the original method of payment.
Agreement to This Policy
By making a payment toward any travel arrangement booked through Argon Voyages, the traveler acknowledges having reviewed and accepted the applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms associated with the booking.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing these terms before making payment and contacting Argon Voyages with any questions before the applicable cancellation deadlines.
