Terms & Conditions of Booking

These Terms & Conditions apply to travel services booked through Argon Travel Planner LLC, doing business as Argon Voyages, including personalized travel planning, cruises, flights, hotels, vacation packages, tours, transfers, activities and group travel.
By requesting services, approving a proposal, making a payment or confirming a reservation through Argon Voyages, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with any supplier-specific terms and policies applicable to your booking.
1. Role of Argon Voyages
Argon Voyages acts as a travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers.
Depending on the booking, these suppliers may include airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, destination management companies, activity providers, insurance companies and other travel-related businesses.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Argon Voyages does not own, operate or control these independent suppliers.
Each supplier may establish its own terms, payment requirements, cancellation policies, refund rules, baggage policies, check-in requirements and other conditions. By confirming a booking, you also agree to the applicable terms imposed by those suppliers.
2. Accuracy of Traveler Information
Travelers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when making a reservation.
This includes, when applicable:

Full legal name exactly as shown on the traveler's passport or government-issued identification

Nationality
-
Passport information
-
Contact information
-
Loyalty program details
-
Rooming preferences
-
Dietary or accessibility requirements

Emergency contact information

Any other information required by a travel supplier
Argon Voyages is not responsible for costs, delays, denied boarding or other consequences resulting from incorrect information provided by the traveler.
Changes to names or other booking information after confirmation may be subject to supplier restrictions, change fees or cancellation and rebooking requirements.
3. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess all documents required for their trip.
Depending on the destination, this may include a valid passport, visa, electronic travel authorization, proof of onward travel, vaccination documentation, entry forms or other government-required documents.
Passport validity requirements vary by destination, and some countries require passports to remain valid for several months beyond the travel dates.
Argon Voyages may provide general guidance regarding entry requirements, but requirements can change and may vary depending on nationality, residency, destination and personal circumstances.
The traveler remains ultimately responsible for verifying and satisfying all passport, visa, immigration, health and entry requirements.
Argon Voyages is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, additional expenses or missed travel resulting from incomplete, expired or invalid documentation.
4. Health and Fitness to Travel
Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in their planned trip.
Certain itineraries may involve extended walking, stairs, uneven surfaces, altitude, boats, remote locations, heat, humidity or other physical conditions.
Travelers should review the itinerary carefully and contact Argon Voyages before booking if they have questions regarding the general activity level of a trip.
Any medical advice, vaccination recommendations or health-related requirements should be discussed with an appropriate healthcare professional.
5. Accessibility and Special Requests
Argon Voyages will make reasonable efforts to communicate accessibility requirements, dietary requests and other special requests to travel suppliers when provided in advance.
However, special requests are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing by the applicable supplier.
Accessibility standards vary significantly between destinations and suppliers.
Travelers requiring mobility assistance, accessible accommodations, specialized dietary arrangements or other accommodations should notify Argon Voyages as early as possible so available options can be evaluated.
6. Prices and Availability
Travel prices and availability are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed and any required payment has been received.
Quotes may be affected by changes in airfare, hotel rates, cruise fares, currency exchange rates, taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, supplier pricing or availability.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a travel proposal does not guarantee availability or price until the applicable reservation has been completed.
7. Payments
Payment requirements vary depending on the travel service being booked.
Deposits, installment payments and final payment deadlines will be communicated before or during the booking process.
Some suppliers may require full payment at the time of reservation.
Failure to make payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation, loss of previously paid amounts or changes in pricing and availability.
Travelers are responsible for monitoring and meeting all payment deadlines associated with their booking.
8. Travel Insurance
Travelers may obtain their own qualifying policy or arrange coverage with assistance from Argon Voyages through available insurance providers.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the policy they purchase and understanding its coverage, exclusions, limitations and claims procedures.
Insurance claims are handled directly between the traveler and the applicable insurance company. When coverage has been arranged with assistance from Argon Voyages, our team will make reasonable efforts to provide available booking documentation or other support during the claims process.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility varies according to the type of booking, supplier terms and timing of the cancellation.
Cruises, flights, hotels, tours and other supplier-based reservations are subject to the cancellation and refund policies established by the applicable supplier.
Travelers should review all applicable cancellation terms before making payment.
Amounts identified as non-refundable will remain non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Flights
Airline reservations are subject to the rules of the applicable airline and fare purchased.
Many airline tickets are non-refundable or subject to restrictions, penalties, fare differences or airline credits rather than cash refunds.
Flight schedules, aircraft types, seat assignments and routing may be changed by airlines without the control of Argon Voyages.
Argon Voyages is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage issues or other airline operational decisions.
When possible, our team will assist travelers with options made available by the airline.
11. Cruises
Cruise bookings are governed by the terms of the applicable cruise line.
Cruise lines may impose separate deposit schedules, final payment deadlines, cancellation penalties, documentation requirements and onboard policies.
Cruise itineraries, ports, arrival times and departure times may be changed by the cruise line because of weather, port conditions, safety concerns or operational requirements.
Argon Voyages cannot guarantee that every scheduled port will be visited.
Travelers are responsible for complying with cruise line documentation, embarkation and check-in requirements.
12. Hotels and Accommodations
Hotel availability, room categories, bedding configurations, amenities and check-in policies are determined by the applicable property.
Requests such as connecting rooms, specific views, floor preferences, early check-in and late check-out are generally subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the property.
Hotel classifications and standards may also vary significantly between countries and destinations.
13. Tours, Activities and Transportation
Tours, transfers, excursions and other activities may be operated by independent local suppliers.
Departure times, routes and activities may change because of weather, traffic, local conditions, safety concerns or operational requirements.
Travelers must arrive at scheduled meeting points on time.
If a traveler misses a scheduled transfer, excursion, tour or other service because of late arrival or another issue within the traveler's control, additional expenses required to rejoin the itinerary are generally the traveler's responsibility.
14. Changes Requested by the Traveler
Traveler-requested changes after confirmation are subject to availability and supplier rules.
Changes may result in:

Additional transportation or accommodation costs

Professional service or administrative fees where applicable
Argon Voyages cannot guarantee that requested changes will be possible.
15. Itinerary Changes
Travel arrangements occasionally require adjustments.
Argon Voyages or an applicable supplier may make reasonable itinerary changes when necessary because of weather, transportation schedules, supplier availability, government restrictions, safety considerations, local conditions or other circumstances.
When possible, comparable alternatives will be arranged.
Reasonable changes to an itinerary do not automatically constitute cancellation of the trip or create an entitlement to a refund.
16. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Argon Voyages cannot be held responsible for events outside its reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, acts of government, border restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, supplier insolvency or failure, labor disputes or other extraordinary events.
When such circumstances affect travel arrangements, Argon Voyages will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternatives, supplier credits or recoverable refunds where available.
However, refunds cannot be guaranteed for amounts that have already been paid to third-party suppliers and cannot be recovered.
17. Traveler Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward other travelers, Argon Voyages representatives, local communities and travel suppliers.
Travelers must comply with applicable laws, supplier rules and reasonable instructions relating to safety and group operations.
18. Supplier Responsibility
Travel suppliers are independent businesses responsible for providing their respective services.
Argon Voyages is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, service failures or operational decisions of independent suppliers, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Any claim related directly to the delivery of a supplier's service may also be subject to that supplier's own terms and procedures.
19. Independent Bookings
Argon Voyages is not responsible for travel arrangements independently booked by the traveler unless those arrangements are specifically included in the services provided by Argon Voyages.
This includes independently purchased airfare, hotels, transportation, tours or other services.
Travelers should allow reasonable connection and arrival time when coordinating independently booked arrangements with a hotel, group, cruise or other scheduled trip.
20. Professional Planning and Service Fees
Certain travel planning, consultation, booking or administrative services may be subject to professional fees.
Any applicable fee will be disclosed before it is charged.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, professional planning and service fees compensate Argon Voyages for services already performed and may therefore be non-refundable.
21. Privacy
Personal information provided to Argon Voyages is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain personal information may need to be shared with travel suppliers in order to arrange or operate travel services.
By booking travel through Argon Voyages, travelers acknowledge that such information may be transferred to relevant suppliers, including suppliers located outside the traveler's country of residence
22. Website Information
Argon Voyages makes reasonable efforts to keep itinerary descriptions, destination information, prices and other website content accurate.
However, travel information can change.
Website content, photographs and sample itineraries are provided for general informational purposes and may not represent every detail of the final travel arrangements.
The confirmed itinerary, invoice, supplier documentation and booking agreement applicable to an individual reservation take precedence over general website content where differences exist.
23. Electronic Communications
Travelers agree that booking-related notices, invoices, itinerary updates, payment reminders and other communications may be provided electronically, including by email or other communication methods used during the booking process.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communications related to their trip.
24. Acceptance of Supplier Terms
By authorizing Argon Voyages to make a reservation on your behalf, you authorize us to provide the information reasonably necessary to complete that reservation and acknowledge that the booking may be subject to additional supplier terms.
Where supplier terms conflict with general Argon Voyages policies regarding a supplier-controlled service, the supplier's applicable terms may control that specific service.
25. Changes to These Terms
Argon Voyages may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, supplier relationships, business practices or legal requirements.
The version applicable to a confirmed reservation will generally be the version accepted at the time of booking, together with any subsequent changes required by law or expressly agreed to by the traveler.
